Work to Rid Bahrain of Substance Abuse

Narconon New Life Retreat was visited by representatives from Bahrain who are tackling their country’s problem with drug addiction. In the past several years, Bahrain has increased it efforts to fight the drug trade and addiction. It is for this reason that Bahrain officials visited the area and toured Narconon New Life Retreat. They also learned about Narconon’s holistic approach to drug rehabilitation.

After the visit, two members of the board of directors were given recognition from Ali Ahmed Amini, Director of the Anti-Violence and Addiction Program in the Kingdom of Bahrain by presenting Narconon New Life Retreat with a plaque from their organization.

Narconon Louisiana thanks them for their visit and for their work to rid Bahrain of substance abuse.

Bahrain is an archipelago of more than 30 islands in the Persian Gulf and has been at the center of major trade routes since antiquity. Bahrain, which means “two seas,” is in the Persian Gulf off the coast of Saudi Arabia, connected to Saudi Arabia by a causeway.
