When I first got here, I went through withdrawal, and it was good. I was coming off a lot of different drugs and dealing with a lot of emotions. Then I started sauna, and it was hot, but it was very rejuvenating for me. Then I moved on to Objectives, this part of the program was probably my least favorite, but this helped the most. It’s usually the things that we don’t want to do that are the things we get the most out of. Then I moved on to Ups and Downs and was able to get all the wrong things with my family corrected and then move on to Personal Values. Writing down all the things that I did wrong, I experienced all the conviction one might expect from years of sin being expunged from my soul. Then I started Conditions, and while doing these, I learned what I needed to do to keep in good graces with my family and friends and for that, I am very thankful.

“I’m so thankful I was able to come and am thankful for everyone who has been part of this journey with me.”

I’m so thankful I was able to come and am thankful for everyone who has been part of this journey with me.
